| Okay, I don't think he is (just for the rercord :)), but the awasome lyrics to this song are regardless as to whether Chris is bisexual. I can't believe people are listening to his genious songs and just thinking about wanting to have his babies. Sheesh! Anyway, my analysis: the main character in the song simply makes an offhanded comment on the good looks of a boy, and it starts him thinking about how simple life would be if he were simply more good-looking. He seems to have a (false, maybe?) perception that handsome-ness makes up the man, that good looking friends = good friends. It's just very insightful, and all about how image is everything nowadays. :). | |

| i agree that this song could simply be about chris admiring someone for their beauty and thinking that if he looked like that then he'd be popular and have good friends etc. however when i first heard the song i immediately presumed chris was being ironic when he says 'they'd always be there for me, i wouldn't look bad, they wouldn't talk behind my back.' i think chris wants to be beautiful but realises that there is a down side to it. if people respected him just for his looks, these same people who he thought were his friends would also be quite two faced and not really friends at all. i think this is also reflected when he says 'a little bit of me wanted to be beautiful.' surely if being beautiful meant you were popular and had good friends etc then he would completely want it. i think he knows that he'd rather be himself as he DOES have good friends and these benefits outweigh being attractive. however, i think chris has now proved to everyone how beautiful he really is by sharing his amazing lyrics. not just in a physical way but in every way a person can be beautiful. | |

| "its hard to look in the morror these days when everyone has eveything you'd rather be" is the best line. He's not talking about bisexuality he's just saying maybe if he was "beautiful" then he'd have a lot of friends and they wouldn't talk behind his back and all of that other drama. Maybe he's just saying it's easier being beautiful...beauty is power. | |

| I dont think it has anything to do with sexuality. A girl can say a girl is beautiful, without having sexual feelings toward her, same with men. I think this song is about how beauty is so cveted. But...theres more to life then beauty. | |
