| The best lines in this song are: "Because you're beautiful just not on the inside light comes from with in and your beaming eyes don't seem so bright." That just get's to you because you see so many "beautiful" people who are really ugly inside. I also like the lines: "Because all I can say tonight is that I hate you but would it be alright if we could see each other sometime if I could some how make you mine" Saves the Day kicks ass and this song proves it. | |

| yeah im going to guess NONE of you have ever had real feelings and emotions for a girl because some of you i dont think could be any more wrong. " shes beatiful on the outside but not on the inside. she obviously is goodlooking and she is not only mean but maybe she is a slut and has no self esteem("just not on the inside") and "my heart is on the floor why dont you step on it" obviously means she has broken/crushed his heart that had all the love in the world for her "When I think of all the things you've done Boardwalks and breaking waves Made our Saturdays I'd buy you lemonade right now if you were here But then I'd throw it in your face And I'd listen to you cry " he loves her so much but hates her at the same time becauase of all she has put him through. maybe he doesnt want to love her anymore but his heart will always love her and he hates her for makin him fall in love with her "And I'd remember how I miss our nights under ocean skies You and I are like when fire and the ocean floor collide." i think that is just saying they are so different , she isnt beautiful on the inside yet he has all the love in the world for her i could be wrong on all of it but , thats just my two cents, pick it up or kick them down the street :) | |
