I think this song is about addiction to drugs from the perspective of an addict. Notice "Gotta get a skin that I can fill". That sounds like cannabis related. Also, in one part it sounds like he is talking to a dealer: "Well yo think you got it right? I could use a little more". That's my personal view on the meaning of the song.
