	I'm not sure that anyone relates this way, but sometimes a song amazes me to the point where for a moment, I feel utterly complete... Sounds silly I bet, but I hear this song and I just feel like it "fits" somehow. Fits my personality, fits my mood, and most of all, fits my emotions and how I feel, hence the feeling of completeness. Seether just has that impact on me, and this song just vocalizes how I've often felt but could never seem to express... This band is full of emotion and I personally just can't get enough...

	I think that this one's for Amy. I think SHAUN is telling her how much he needs her, and how important she is to him. At the same time though, he doesn't feel that he deserves her, (THE GIFT). And, he's also afraid of accepting her. Accepting the fact that she can love him for who he is, but he can't love or respect himself. An incredible song. I heard it on The SEETHER ECard, and from the bit I heard, it was absolutely beautiful. Beautiful and sad. SHAUN seems to have a talent for that. Making beautiful, haunting love songs. 	I think he's afraid of being loved, becuase he doesn't think he deserves her. Thinks she so much better than him, and he's ashamed that he'll never feel good enough for her.

	When i first heard this song i was in a relationship adn i felt like i could sing it to the girl, that she deserved so much better that what i was. But since that has ended it has changed and now when i sing along i feel like i am singing to God. I feel like i was given this great gift of life and i've pretty much shot it all to hell with all the stupid ass shit that i have done to myself and those that are around me.

	I do believe this song is for Amy and that Maggie hit it right on.. But it also is about personal life in a way.. I suppose I'll let this go and find a reason I'll hold on to I'm so ashamed of defeat And I'm out of reason to believe in me I'm out of trying to get by... To me that is like what someone goes through after a breakup in a relationship or after u lose a best friend or something like that.. This song rules and Seether is great

	This song sure does bring you down. Great songwritting and sound. One of the best on karma and effect. Yeah i think its about being ashamed of yourself and being in a relationship with someone. And feeling uncomfortable and feeling like 'your not worth it'
