	I think this song is about when he really realizes how wrecked his life is. And I think it\'s about him trying to find different ways to cope, but it doesnt work. Like the pills, the alcohol, and the (I\'ve got romantic ideas) random sex. It seeeeems logical. Right? :D

	This song mentions some sort of pyro tendency- ~"I hope the fire licks my lips And pulls me close against the wrists This town will go down in flames" which is mentioned in other songs, like Angela Baker and my Obsession with fire, he talks about setting his own home? or just a house on fire and calling the cops. I think this song is about a man who is upset from a recently ended relationship or from a girl who has messed with his head so he is just completely lonely and pissed.

	"Drink up the loneliness" is pretty similar to the line in billy Joel's song "Piano Man" that says "Yes, they're sharing a drink they call loneliness." I wonder if that was part of the inspiration for this song, with their own style of course.

	~This is another great song off the album... ~But this particular song almost seems its abotu a few different things. ~when he mentions "But I am dead on the inside I think these pills are to blame" ~ I think he is reffering to how he felt when he was taking anti depressents, and how he felt so alone

	i feel like this song is about after the realization of someone not feeling the same about you... you get drunk and "drink up the loneliness" in an attempt to get past it, which inevitably doesnt work.
