	It' s one of my fav sepultura songs, especialy the version with Pavarotti! Contrast between his and Max Cavalera' s voice when they sing lalalalalalal...... kicks ass

	yeah the pavarotti version kicks arse. But most of the songs on Chaos AD and Beneath the Remains and Arise are better than Roots

	HMM THE REASON FOR THIS SONG BEING SO POPULAR IS THAT WHEN ROOTS CAME OUT SEPULTURA WAS AT THEIR PEAK OF POPULARITY AND BASICALLY ROOTS BLOODY ROOTS BECAME VERY WELL KNOWN... NOT ALOT OF PPLZ AREN'T FAMILIAR WITH THEIR BETTER MUSIC SO THATS WHY

	I think that this song is aabout slavery and the roots of his people. Blood was spilled by there ancestors so that generations to come wouldnt be enslaved.

	beneath The Remains was fucking awesome, and so were all their old albums, but whats wrong with Roots? all the songs on Roots kick ass, and its heavier than any of their older albums. I want to know what this song is about.

	This is a good song but definently not Sepultura's best....I agree with hunger for more...Beneath the remains kills Roots..
