| This song is literal. The only salvation for this little gem is that it's darkly catchy. It's got some good hooks. Although, I will venture that the singer was part of the plan to kill this person and got cold feet seconds before they killed her and wanted to stop it. The other killers were his friends, i.e.- "her killers got their friends in familiar places" - all the places he knows as well. This is literal. Don't be fooled. PS - the rest of the disc is garbage. All but Cumbersome, that is. | |

| I really have a hard time listening to this song. It describes an event in my life almost word for word. We had a girl kidnapped and murdered near the town I live in and the way the crime happened fit the lyrics perfect. She was picked up by guys in a van and killed. She was found by the edge of a river. It's really quite disturbing. | |
