	He is basically just saying he's sick of people who talk tons of shit, but when they meet face to face, they puss out and hide their true feelings. He just wants to settle it, but if he snaps on the guy he will be the one who looks like a jerk, so he just wishes he would take a swing and they can settle it that way. Fun song, not exactly their deepest stuff, but it definatly rocks.
