| Yeah its a shame that the current modern punk icon that most kids know is Avril Lavign or good charlotte. There are a couple of decent modern punk bands Green day aren't bad and some small ones rule but really it all pretty sad. I rember after a test someguy randomly shoulder bargded me as I was walking to the bus. I was listening to this song and ignored it. Then I got to the part about kick in peoples brains and got so hyped up nearly chased after him and his mates to exact some punk rock vengence didn't but still Never Mind The Bollocks is such a good hyping up album. Punk does that well espeically "The Clash" and "Never Mind The Bollocks" | |

| cpt sensible i totally agree. i asked one kid what he thought punk was and he said a subgenre of pop! If not too many people like the sex pistols then at least they be one of those good bands that hs now turned into one of those cliches that poseurs listen to. example: greenday makes great music although a lot of posers run around saying "oh i just love that september song"! but still no matter how many people listen to the sexpistols they will always be a great band that atleast some people will remember. | |

| Um... it's possibly about John being selfish and stuff, or mocking someone that is (maybe Malcom?) but I don't get the "Your daddy's gone away be back another day See his picture hanging on your wall. " part nor the beat you black and blue part... maybe it's metaphorical.. | |

| I think its saying get a mind of your own and stick up for yourself or cunts will take complete advantage of you. By the way bitching about simple plan is not punk, its pointless. Get a fucking life | |

| Wow, Cpt-Sensible, you sound like a real pushover. If you had any balls at all you would've run that guy down and at least attempted to kick his ass. It's hilarious that you needed a Sex Pistols song to "think" about running after him. "Gee, that guy just pushed me for no reason. Maybe I should act tough and tell people on songmanings.net that I almost went to beat him up. Maybe I won't be such a geek then." Sorry for being so tough on you but you really need to stick up for yourself and don't let people push you around. If you read this you need to tell me to shut the fuck up and mind my business. That'll be the first step. Anyway, great song. | |
