Sorry to disappoint you dude, but Donais couldn't give a fuck less about you. Now Jesus on the other hand...well, nuff said about that. Shadows Fall are riding the wave of new metal right into the pathetic little beach party known as pop culture and bringing a tsunami behind them to carry away all the worthless crap that is popular music. Goodbye pop-punk, and good riddance! You are now heavy metal's bitch!

Does anyone want to talk about the lyrics? According to Brian Fair, the song is about about yoga and meditation, and 'that moment where inspiration and expression kind of come to one point.'
