| i dont think this song is about the 90's grunge bands because of the line, "...sold their sorrows to the ones who paid the most" thats definatley not grunge, grunge is the farthest genre from sellouts you can possibly have. so, my take on the song is that he devotes his life to looking up to his idols who are apparantly rock stats then they sell out on him. i could explain every line, but i dont feel like it so look at the song from that point of view and i think it will all fit. | |
