Okay guys. This is the CORRECT version of this song.Trust me, I 
looked at MANY live clips of Daniel Johns playing, and listened 
to the song a lot, so this is  about 99.9% correct. I was just 
going to post the live solo, but decided to post the whole song 
because I wanted to post a near perfect version. The live solo 
is at the end of the file (I know he plays this solo in the 
version of the song on the DVD "Live from Faraway Stables", 
maybe at other shows too).

	i can relate to this song especialy the part in the music video where the guy walks past the girl in the hallway and sinks in a pool of his bed. or the part with the inside raining on him

	RubberDuckieYAY: i dunno exactly what the part with the small kid means (when he's at the beach) but everything else just shows how thoughtful and alone he is at the same time (the part at the party, he's alone and bored...) the part when he's at his room i believe means he is swallowing everything, giving up... the girl i dunno who she is but she is sad because he never tells her what's wrong with him... maybe it's his girlfriend or something... the part when he lets the moth free means (i believe) that he will finally let everything go.... but at the same time he 'sees' (imagines) the glass broken in his hand (he's suicidal or it means everything's breaking down in him).. it's truly one of the best videos i've seen... also it has the full length song, they don't cut parts of it, it's not recorded from MTV or anything, which makes it even better, not so commercial but very to-the-point.... the video is too abstract for me hehehe....

	This song, to me, is about depression and addiction - to more than just drugs- if it's drugs at all. Maybe he's addicted to feeling numb, he wants to make everything go away, and he can't, because he's "An addict with no heroin", heroin being the numbness he craves, and he can't have it, he has no means of making his life better. He knows the fact that his eyes are distorted, he doesn't want to see everything decaying and dying around him. It's a hopeless song.

	i love the live version of this song, with the repeating chord progression for a good five minutes after the main bulk of the song. This is most likely just for show, but i just found a bit of meaning to it, in that its like the repetitive dependence on the anti-depressants.
