I think this song is about rape I think it's from the males POINT OF VIEW, trying to justify what he did He can MAKE IT THROUGH the whole ordeal and the guilt or shame or whatever if he sees the whole situation from A DIFFRENT POINT OF VIEW. "Remember all that she can say Is that she knows she wants it" this line could be like telling yourself to just keep believing that the girl wanted it like she said yes so it wasnt rape The guy wants to clear his concince and convince himself that he did no wrong in raping her but that she wanted to sleep with him "Accusation, does yes mean no?" This line may have somethign to do with the girl having said no but the guy saying she said yes "And the kiss will kill you" Maybe he kissed her and that began the whole thing or maybe she kissed him and he took it as her wanting to have sex while maybe it was just a kiss and nothign more Maybe he really didn't rape her but I think he did
