thats a pretty good theory. i also think "A close look at something So close It's too much of not enough" is him helping people close to him, and seeing their weaknesses.

this is sometimes my favourtie song on the album, very much an underrated Silverchair song IT ROCKS!!! the ending is soooo good, really dreamlike, a great song for going to sleep to. praps "and I couldn't /Stand in the straight postured sun" refers to his reluctancy to be in the public eye or investigated by the media and "the human garden", perhaps the moulding/manufacturing of celebrities by the media and teh record companies
