Lyrics:(my mate told me to put em on so i did)
I thought that I could always count on you,
I thought that nothing could become between us two.
We said as long as we would stick together,
We'd be alright,
We'd be ok.
But I was stupid
And you broke me down
I'll never be the same again.
So thank you for showing me,
That best friends can not be trusted,
And thank you for lying to me,
Your friendship and good times we had you can have them back
Yeah!
I wonder why it always has to hurt,
For every lesson that you have to learn.
I won't forget what you did to me,
How you showed me things,
I wish I'd never seen.
But I was stupid,
And you broke me down,
I'll never be the same again.
So thank you for showing me,
That best friends can not be trusted,
And thank you for lying to me,
Your friendship the good times we had you can have them back
When the tables turn again,
You'll remember me my friend,
You'll be wishing I was there for you.
I'll be the one you'll miss the most,
But you'll only find my ghost.
As time goes by,
You'll wonder why,
You're all alone.
So thank you for showing me,
That best friends can not be trusted,
And thank you for lying to me,
Your friendship and good times we had you can have them back.
So thank you, for lying to me,
So thank you, for all the times you let me down
So thank you, for lying to me,
So thank you, your friendship you can have it back

| I can completely relate to this song. My best friend for 3 years ditched me to hang out with these two little b*tches. And before that happened they would always hang out 2gether and not invite me. They would also talk about how ugly and stupid i am. They gave me a scar that will never heal. This song made me relize that other people are going through this and i'm not alone | |

| yea, the song's pretty simple. i can totally relate right now though. when a "friend" is being unreasonable and a b*tch then f*ck it, the friendship's over until they get their head outta their as$. .::your friendship and good times we had you can have them back::. nicely said! you have to agree, | |

| kinda reminds me of about eight months ago i had a friend that met this girl, and saw her every day. they didn't see eachother for only about three days during seven months. he didn't hang out with me and the group unless we went over there and did only what she wanted to do. me and my friend chris felt pretty fucked over in a way. the worst part of the whole thing was that she turned out to be like one of my closest friends. so i had to deal with it. song hurts alot and is totaly untrue for my situation. | |

| This song is about your best friend backstabbing you and u didnt expect it, hes telling this person that all the good times they had they can have it back. Everything they did, he will never forget and he will never be the same. One thing for sure he doesnt believe in BEST FRIENDS and he has trouble trusting ppl. this song relates to my teenage drama years, that im going thru now lol.. with this person who i thought was my best friend. She always said how i was one of her best freinds, but in the end started ditching me for some other retarted girl that i know wasnt even worth it cuause i loveddd her alot. I thought she would never let me down or try to hurt me, but she talked behind my back and made everthing seeem like it was my fault.. I hope one day everthing she did will come back to her and shell realize what she did was wrong! | |

| 1. This song is dedicated to Chuck's and Pierre's Old friends from Reset. I knew it since the first time I listened to this song 2. This song makes me think to a an actual friendship I have with someone. If this person sees my comment: Hi Leo!!! When a friend is your friend everytime except in your school and talks about you badly to people from your school so that people dont know your friendship because your not popular | |

| Totally applys to my best friend.... It's like, she only pays attention to me when it's convienient to her. She gets her feelings hurt when no one looks out for her when people tease her, and then chews me out later for me telling them to lay off.... Arrogant little b*tch.... Only wants to talk when there's no one else to kiss her a*$ for her... *wanders off muttering* Any way, yeah, I love this song, I play it often, but not the best I've heard from this band. It's like they only made it because they needed a song for the subject. | |

| this isnt really one of my favorite simple plan songs. i think this song is about somebody who had a friend but then that friend betrayed them and went behind their back. this song reminds me of what happened to me to last year in school. | |
