| I agree! I think it is like a friend who is helping this person through a rough time. Its like this person maybe thinks that family or just everyone in general doesn't love him/her. But her friend is telling her that they love her but they show it in weird ways. But even when it seems like they don't love her, her friend will always be there. When it says one more day i think the friend it telling her to give tomorrow a chance. Its like my oldest sister (also my best friend) says "Don't dwell on what happened today ....there is always tomorrow!" | |

| i love this song.one of my favorites of skillet's. and i agree with all of you, but i think that theres another point to the song that we might be missing. i think that this song is pointing out that love is not selfish, and that a true relationship is one that gives on both sides. "Love can take a little, love can give a little more" its also of course an anthem of loves strenght, be it between to people or with GOD. | |

| Well those work but I've always thought, for the most part, it's more about a marriage. Many people get married and then devorce soon after for differnt reasons and I've always seen this as more of a "stay together and don't give up" song. No matter what happens in your realationship, love is still stronger and will always find away through whatever struggle. Of course if you happened to have married a psycho or something then thats differnt :P | |

| Okay, Love fails, our love fails everyday people. When we don't say things we feel, when we leave things swept under the carpet, when we make barriers instead of bridges. Look at every marriage, if love were truly perfect then there wouldn't such things as divorce. 1 Corinthians 13 does not relate to our love- But God's. | |

| I think this song is talking more about friendship-love than romance-love. When things get hard, most people go to their friends for advice and support. Just being there when you're at your lowest point is considered the best test of a true friendship. That kind of bond is darn near indestructable. | |

| i think its about God saying that even when times get hard and you feel like you're all alone in this world and that no one cares that he will always be there for you and make it better when it seems impossible ..."And faith will bring a way to the impossible.." | |

| I think it's talking about God's love (When you're feeling weak you know I'm strong enough), but it could also be used as a human's love..but that love could be through God as well..because it is often through people that God shows His love. | |

| This song has to be one of my favourites by Skillet, in which are an awesome band... This song is about Love, any love. Friendship, romance, Gods love. So many people say "oh i hate love" or "love did this to me" its them who misused love. Love is the most important thing in this world. Love is not a feeling. Its a choice and a way you live you life. Without love in this world, we would not be here. For it was thru Gods love for us that he made us. Skillet is, after all, a christian band. I love this song. | |

| I thought the same as all of you when I first heard ths song, but now I think that "love" might actually be synonymous to God. Skillet is Christian band which is the main reason I thought that, but you can also replace the word love with God everytime it says it in the song and it still makes perfect sense. It's just saying that no matter what is going on in your life or how awful things are, God is always going to be there for you. | |

| Well, yesterday I was coming home from camp and listening to this song, and I realized what it meant. I think it means that love can take anything, no matter how much it is. Your world could crash down all around you and your life be destroyed, but love can give you so much more if you just reach out and take it. | |
