| Ya, gotta love that guitar riff. Also, the transition from War Ensemble to Blood Red is one my favourite moments on Seasons in the Abyss and one of the reasons why it is my favourite Slayer Album. I completley agree with SuperSpamAway, but more generally this song is clearly about opression under communist dictatorship's. Firstly, the song is called "Blood Red", red being the colour of communism. Secondly, "No disguise can hide the evil, that stains the primitive sickle" references the Hammer and Sickle which were the symbols of the Soviet Union. | |

Gabba Gabba Hey Average |

| the lyrics are typical slayer anti-politicism... i usually hate that (e.g. rockagainst bush - i want to shoot anyone involved with that particular pile of crap) but slayer can obviously pull it off anyone else think this song is way underrated? | |
