| Ed Gein also practiced necrophilia, as well as made vests from the skin of women he dug up/killed. He also made a full body suit from one of them; he used it while digging up other corpses. Ed Gein was, in part, the inspiration for Psycho, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, and Silence of the Lambs. | |

To answer your question, the reason its got that little girl screaming is because in 1947, Ed Gein was accused for the abduction of an 8 year old girl named Georgia Weckler. As quoted from http://www.bbc.co.uk/crime/caseclosed/gein.shtml, "Eight-year-old Georgia Weckler had gone missing on her way home from school." this might be a possible reason why you hear that little girl in the background near the end of the song, because that's Slayer's interpretation of how that girl was abducted. | |

| What happened was Old Mrs. Gein fucked up Ed's head so bad that he completely lost his mind when she died. He was obsessed with becoming somoene else, hence the skin suits that give this song it's name. His case is fascinating becasue it shows just the kind of sickness and depravity that his mother unknowingly cultivated with her mental abuse of him. He's also wrongly classified by lots of people as a serial killer. He's a sick fuck, a psycho, a kidnapper, murderer and a necrophiliac, but he only actually killed 2 people (that we know of) and you have to kill 3 to be technically defined as a serial killer.
