| I think that this song is about being really depressed and hating yourself and just feeling like your being eatin alive by your mind. Then people saying they knew you where upset but now only bring it up that its too late. Also maybe hes trying to hide his past or feelings from others.... | MY interpretation of this song..personally..is just seeing so many things wrong with yourself..and dealing with people exposing your flaws more and more..and they're saying how they don't need anyone and they hide their pain from the people they know wouldn't understand. in a way, it kind of reminds me of going from the naivete of childhood to the pain of growing up..when your eyes are finally open to the evil and ignorance in the world. this, of all the songs by slipknot that i've heard so far, is the one i relate to the most. -gaia | |
