This song is the bomb! I love it. I think it has to do with his past and seeing too much as a child. Maybe it scarred him for life, and he resents is mother for the things she put him through, and now, as an adult, he see himself becomming more and more like her.

i agree with mona2091 this song really spoke to me cuz i have problems at home and i am currently seeing a therapist, and it really does make sense, no matter how many pills you take, no matter how much you talk, you cant change somebody unless they wanna change
