Well, here's the chords and lyrics to a song by a band I really like.
If you've ever heard this song (or for that matter Used to Love Her by
GN'R) the strumming will be obvious. If people want more Social Distortion
lyrics and chords I can post more. I don't tab Social D because there isn't
really anything to tab. Even I play better leads than Mike Ness (I think his
first name is Mike). I nominate him for the atrocious, maladroit guitar
player award that's been floating around on alt.guitar. Social Distortion
songs are great to jam to when you don't have anyone to play with because they
usually consist of the same chord progression throughout the whole song, and
you can solo throughout the whole song for practice. Enough babble, here's

| this song seemed fitting to listen to after my chevrolet stalled out after a long shitty day at work. well i dont really relate to this cos i dont drink, i dont pray, i dont have a wife, a broken nose, or a broken heart. and ive never been to jail other than to visit. but i do have a chevrolet that breaks down and i was reallllly tired after work. k. mike ness is like borderline retarded from drinking so much. | |
