| So the whole point of the song is that every breath this girl takes, this young man will be following her, is that right? Didn't someone else already write this song, just with better lyrics and bad music? | |

| haha.... very well said.. ok yes i see the stalking bit.. but i think moreso than that, he poetically and lyrically showed how much he needs this girl in his life. it seems like that moment of desperation when someone is threatening to leave, and that initial panic, realizing that you are nothing without the other person. i think he chose these "stalkerish" lyics to show how desperately he needs this person... regardless-- awesome song and cd! | |

| Josh Partingdon actually wrote this song (not Andrew) For the people who think this song is stalker-ish, I guess you're kinda right because Josh actually wrote this song after seeing a couple arguing in the car and the man was shaking the woman. That altercation was the inspiration for this song and it's actually about abuse. | |

| So Josh wrote this song, hmm? Isn't he the cute one? :-p Anyways, I guess I sort of see the stalker angle, but I think he just wants to say that he really needs this girl- and he's not going to stop until he gets her to love him. I always thought that he was also saying he would always be there for her when she's lost (Or I guess missing) and that he would save her. | |

| i never thought of this as stalkerish, i love this song and feel like it is more about just being so in love that you can't live without someone. maybe that can be viewed as a bit morbid, but i think it is beautiful that he won't give up on their love. | |

| I definitely agree with prayingmantis about the stalker part. It almost sounds like it's an abusive/overly controlling relationship or something. The lines "if you fell down a well, I would bring a rope and take all of the pain", to me, sound more like he's using it to hang him or herself with it instead of helping her back up. Like a "suicide is the only way to end the suffering" type of deal. I don't know if I'm making sense or if this is how the song's really supposed to be interpreted, but those are just my two cents. | |

| "If you fell down the well I would bring you a rope and take all of the pain" Hmm. To me that sounds like a "When you're life has gone so far downhill and theres no way back, suicide is the only option" type thing. I doubt that was what Josh meant when he wrote it though. It's like this girls life is so miserable and he knows that so he wants to save her by killing her? haha, i know im tottaly off track with that one, its just something that popped into my head while listening to the song. Kinda of reminds me of The Fortress of Tears by HIM.. like, he wanted kill his girlfriend to take away all of her pain type of deal. Hmm. | |

| Yeah i dont think its stalkerish, but i guess you can get a little bit obsessed with somebody if your deeply in love, right? Maybe its just me lol I love the emotion in his voice! mmmm | |

| Okay, so he's crazy. Thats what we've determined, and I agree. "If I woke up alone I won't stop till I find you and you are with me" - thats sooo stalkerish. | |

| people read into songs a lot because usually people put a lot of thought into them when writing them....... i definately see the stalker thing in this song, but i'm not saying that it's a bad song or that the guy who wrote it is a stalker or anything. i like this song a lot actually. it's just.. unique. | |
