screwed up too many times to count but this is what I got:

A lot of notes have delay and trem bar effects on them, so experiment.

Trem pick the 19's and play the 17 briefly, then bend the second 19 up.
Lee plays this a few times, then dissolves into total noise. Use lots
of feedback, delay, phaser, and wild trem bar effects.
