	cant believe no one has commented. this is one of the best song. I like the melody in the chorus. depressing. but good.

	I think that he is singing about being stuck in a depression of some sort and hoping to overcome it.

	My guess is that it would be about how the song writter's life has become bland, and seemingly "colorless". He's just living a dull, meaningless life, and somehow he is quite content in feeling this way. As for the verses, possibly he is no longer going to feel guilty for his life turning out this way, and he also feels he has nothing left to fear in his life, and does no longer fear the pain he always used to have.
