| This song is amazing, I really like all of Staind's songs but this is one that really stands out and speaks to me. Its a little sad but I can relate this song to how I grew up and my father, the chorus the most relates. | |

| In my opinion, this song has the single greateast, single most perfectly written, probably the most relatable lyrics of any song I've ever heard. "And I hate myself and I hate my face and I hate my world and I hate my ways." I don't know about you guys, but when I hear this, it's like, everything that I am not, all my imperfections, all my shortcomings, everything that makes me not good enough, it just makes me hate myself even more. I love this song and this CD is probably getting more playtime in any of my radios that any other. Aaron Lewis uses simple, plain, ordinary words and makes myself and millions of others feel terribly inadequate as people and it is sheer brilliance. | |

| Aaron Lewis is not trying to make anyone feel like shit. He is working out his problems and make himself better. If you listen to every cd in succession you can hear this. On tormented he was all together angry and on Break the Cycle its a lot happier than it. SO he is dealing with everything deep inside like he knows how and I know I deal with the stuff I hold inside my own way. Staind is awesome. | |
