HENCE THAT THE TONE 'H' = 'B' IN U.S. AND OTHER COUNTRIES THAT DOESN'T USE
'H'!!

To play the rhythm guitar to make it sound like 
Rick plays it, I would prefer to tune the guitar like this:

(From the thickest string to the thinnest)
G-G-D-G-H(B)-D and put a capo on the 2nd fret.  The number
I set for frets will be 0=2, 1=3, 2=4 etc...  This means
that a 0 will be an open string play with the capo on the
2nd fret, 1 will be the 3rd fret if you didn't have the capo etc...
