This song is originally by Camper van Beethoven who sing it slightly differently. It
was recorded for Sublime by Laurie Daniels at Miles’ House, San Diego, CA on November
10, 1994.

Chords used:

B G# A E F# Bb
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
7 4 5 7 9 6
7 4 5 9 11 6
8 5 6 9 11 7
9 6 7 9 11 8
9 6 7 7 9 8
7 4 5 7 9 6

There are three verses for this song; each uses the same riff. It is an easy song to play
and sing along to, and sounds really good on acoustic. Bradley plays it on his acoustic
album “Bradley Nowell and Friends”.

Use normal tuning.

(Verse 1)
B G#
She got the eye of Fatima in the wall of his room
B G#
Three bottles of tequila, three cats and a broom
A E
He got a 15-year-old angel and she’s all dressed in black

Bridge:
G# A Bb B
-------------------------------------------------
4 5 6 7
4 5 6 7
5 6 7 8
6 7 8 9
6 7 8 9
4 5 6 7

B A F#
He got 15 bindles of cocaine tied up in a sack

The next two verses are exactly the same – listen to the CD to get the feel of the
song and for the lyrics/or simply look up Sublime lyrics on the Internet.

Note: The B in the bridge part leads straight into the B of the next line i.e. “…he
got 15 bindles…”
Also the F# at the end of the verse comes on with the word “sack” etc and is
then strummed quickly about 13 times over and then the next verse begins back on B etc.

There is a short picking part at the end of the song which I have not been able to tab - any
