	To the first two posts: You two both spoke of this song providing direction. Did you say that without thinking, or did you really glean direction from these lyrics? If the direction of a person's life can be changed from a song such as this one, I would truly be interested in an example. Hope to get a response from this one. All the best, Jeremy

	This song really is astounding! I used to live a life with no direction and the lyrics really helped me to better understand the song and now I feel as if I have sort of direction and all you stupid fuckers walk around astounded and drowning.

	I think the song is to his former band "days of the new" and how the lead singer kicked out the whole band cuz he didnt like them

	SpdyGnzlz31, I think you're a little confused which part of the band was formerly Days of the New. If I'm not mistaken, the lead singer is actually new...the other 3/4's of the band were formerly Days of the New.
