You really should get a dictionary and do your own work - it is half the fun, HOWEVER...it is about a vampire and his prey. The first three lines are about the sun setting into darkness and the moon rising (welkin=sky). The next lines are about crawling out of the casket (Anon=at once). Bottom sand...is just talking about how late it is. Pine, another word for coffin. Then, he says he will be a "pest" to those with blood. Then he says you will honor him or he will tear the heart from your chest. The next couple lines are talking about how he will appear to him. Then he says to bear the pain with grace, and quench my thirst. Dirge= funeral song. Then he is talking about his prey's death and descent to hell. The rest is him just talking about death and saying that it is Satan that told him to do this.
