| this completely wins best album sleeve ever. those stories are amazing. i want more. thursday should write a book. anyway, the song is great. i love the counting down bit, echoing how people do at new year. it's about how new year is always supposed to be great fun, but it never is. it hurts to think about all the bad stuff in a year, and hope the next one will be better with all your heart. like all of us i think, i'm still hoping... | |

| Thursday's best yet. I hope they lean more to this style for the next album, but i need not to worry, becauase whatever Thursday does, its gonna rock. This was the bset song at the live show, and they are the most incrediable experience live. They play with their hearts, and it shows live. Ive never been to or heard a band sound as good as Thursday does live. They are the best when your feeling down, they are the best when your feeling up, they are the best and despite what the fakes might say, this is what feel-good music is all about. Who wants to listen to fake crap about how happy life, i may sound like a ass right now, but lets all be honest, life sucks, and in order to enjoy it we need to realize and admit how much it does. Old folks and idiots can listen to there crappy "feel-good" music that helps them excape from reality, but i like to stay as close to it as possible. Thursdays poetry is what music is all about, and i never feeling as good as i am when i listen to Thursday. | |

| the bridge to this song is absolutely amazing, i've been writing songs for 5 years and i have no idea how one writes something like that. "five stories falling/forever and ever" i almost cry at that part sometimes. beautiful. | |

| in my opinion...the best songs in life are the ones that move you to the point that you can't describe the feeling. this song is one of those songs. I can't explain how this song affects me. The first time i heard it, i only thought "wow". awesome song...and i hope thursday keeps putting out songs like it | |
