to me it means that all the squares that say 'oh we know more than you do weve seen what its done' but really we have been down there we have seen what its done to people we've had it happen to us.

I love the lyrics of this song. This song seems to be about vampires, or a vampire. "Tiger, Tiger burning bright" is a line from a Willian Blake poem, "The Tiger" - which isn't really about vampires, but it is just as good.
