	i wouldnt want any of the members of TLC Anyway. Doesnt anyone think this song is a bit conceited? They probably made it up for themselves because they've been rejected by guy's that are too good for them. ie. chicks with dicks.

	i think what they are trying to say is that a guy just can't expect ass and being able to freeload off of a chick. He has to be able to support a relationship. we can't all just live penniless love, money is a nice lubricant.

	The song really isn't conceited, I think the song just wants someone who is a decent human being, though I see that it could be interpreted differently. There are people out there who do live at home & even have wives & girlfriends and they're nice people, they've just hit hard times or are saving for their own house. There are also guys who sit around all day watch TV in their underwear and don't help out around the house or work. There are guys who do work but treat their girlfriends like property. So I think that's what they're suggesting as a scrub. Also someone noted that 'Scrub' could be a reference to a game being played to pick up a random girl. Warren67>> Hopefully what you say is really true and you're not just using that as a pitiful excuse. There are truly some people out there who have disadvantages that may prevent them from obtaining a job, a place of their own or a car, using it as an excuse to be lazy if you're truly not disadvantaged would be very "scrub" like. ;)

	it means " i value money over love, so dont come near me if you only got love to give" sums up the whole modern RnB / Rap scene quite simply. im sick of seeing rappers like 50cent, jay z and the like dripping in gold and surrounded by paid women who act like ego accessories. once upon a time rap music was about the street. notice jayz say he was gonna boycot crystal champagne cos they didnt want to be associated with him? ha @ being rejected by the very people who and others like him are trying to get with. serves you right for projecting your fake a$$ image money hoes! hehe rant over ;)

	This song seems to say that if you're a guy and you ain't got money, you're nothing. A reaffirming song for any guy who is unsuccessfully dating, unemployed or can't afford real estate in his area.
