Artist: To My Surprise
Song Title: In the mood
Album: To My Surprise
Label: Roadrunner Records
Tuning: EADGBe

This tab will need a few adjustments done to it, as I have only just got the album, I will
need some time to work out the solo, but bare with me!
I'm surprised nobody has tabbed this song yet; it's brilliant, and really easy to play!

Song starts with spoken bit, then play.

Intro/Chorus/Outro (W/heavy overdrive)
E ----------------------
B -----------------------
G -----------------------
D 2-22-22-5-2----2----5-2
A 2-22-22-5-2----2----5-2
E 0-00-00-3-0----0----3-0
* ** ** * * *
Verse/Main Rhythm (W/light overdrive)
E --------
B --------
G --------
D 2----5-2
A 2----5-2
E 0----3-0
(Listen to the CD to figure out how many times this is played for accurate timing. It is
played roughly 16 times or more)

During the rhythm, there is a phase sound that sounds like a long echoing blip. I have
an Ibanez PM7 pedal that makes the same sound. I think I have got the correct pitch it is
played too. It will only be playable if you have 2 guitarists, which explains the length
of time it is taking to get the solo.

Guitar 2 verse, clean sound with phase modulator, speed setting: 5.5-6.5

E -------------------
B -------------------
G -------------------
D -------------------
A 7--------3--------1(?) otherwise 0
E -------------------

Key
* Palm mute

That is the maim gist of the song so far, once I get the solo done (Should not take too long
I hope.) I shall load it up.

Considering Shawn Crahan of Slipknot is in the band, it is totally different to slipknot!!
Some songs are a cross between QOTSA and Stone Temple Pilots, even a NIN style track.
Definitely my contender for album of the year so far, but Machine head is out on the 27th!
OH DEAR!!!!! Decisions, decisions.
