The title says a lot about this song, it's about the effect of trickle down economics which gives more money to the wealth and assumes that they will give it to their worker in the form of higher wages and more, this as the song states usually never comes. So more people end up on EI and welfare.

not sure about this song, but i love the beat to it. From what i gather from the course, its seems like some kind politcal image. In my mind i see a king high up on a pyramid while the regular people not so well-off line up to recieve there peice of bread and cup of water from the king who controls the wealth of the people. He has all the food and luxury we wants, but only gives the people enoug hto keep them alive. Anyone else have any more thought?
