Frost Wanna Be |

| Its about 2 people with a past, one pretending she's moved on (pretending, you see, bec of the "picture on your wall, secret midnight call") and another who is just not going to be quite over her. She's been really playing with his emotions and he's at her mercy. I can play this song over and over and over and not get sick of it. Must be a sucker for heartbreak. | |

| For me this is about a guy who's in love with someone who is in love with someone else. The lines: "i'd say it on the phone if i thought you were alone." "and you dont need my secret midnight call" These lines define the song for me. It seems to me that, for lack of a better phrase, she only sees him as a booty call, and he definately wants more from her. | |

| This is my favorite Train song by far. I think it is about a relationship that just won't end for good. The couple knows that they aren't good for each other, yet they still hold on and realize there is more there than what they allow themselves to believe. They both pretend they don't need each other, but they really do. | |

And you dont need my pictures on your wall you say you need no one and you dont need my secret midnight call i guess you need no one He is bitter about it, and hurting. same thing here, dated a girl for 5 years, she dropped me about 3 weeks ago. she doesnt "need" me anymore, and i can totally relate | |

| What this song means to me is that it's someone who's giving up on someone they wanted, or want back. It's my favorite Train song. | |

| At the moment I can totally relate to this song. I've known this girl called Vicky for 5 years and her ex used to beat the living sh1t out of her (and I don't mean the odd slap here and there...). I have always had a soft spot for her and took her out a couple of times but she always went back to him. About a month ago, I bumped into Vicky and her sister Leanne and things just 'clicked' again. Up until last night, I was seeing Vicky but I never totally knew where I stood with her, she was always a bit standoffish so I just took things as they came. Then, on Saturday night, she was talking to a friend of mine who she had not met before and she said that she was my 'other half' so I though I finally knew where I stood. Last night, things weren't going too well and she said 'I think you want more from me than I can give' - I have no idea what she meant but I didn't like the sound of it... I would have like to thought that it was going to turn into a relationship instead of just a fling... seems she can't offer me that? The lines 'i'm in and out im up and down wonder if i'm lost or found' are how I feel at the moment, I just don't know where I am. 'cause it's time that will tell if its heaven if its hell or if its anybody waiting at home for you cause it's time that will tell this tale ' this is how I would like to feel things are, and that time would tell how things were between us, unfortunately, I cannot see that happening :o( | |
