| Firstly, the lyrics are wrong. It's "There is no desire for life", not design. I think it's about depression. The first verse shows how everything is supposed to be, happy & joyful etc. Then it goes on to say how he is about to cry, showing that he isn't happy himself. No desire for life is fairly self explanatory, saying that there's no wonderwall to climb or step around is all about the despair that depression sufferers feel, and the slow slideshow is how he feels about the life he lives. Bland and meaningless. | |
