So I had to do the work... I think it's close (if it's not exact) to the song...
I think the chords are right... Ow, there's an observation: the Am between
parenthesis -(Am)- is optional to be played, if it seems too jard to change fast

	I see two different meanings to this song that I can't really decide which seems to be the right one. First: how it is impossible to create a name for yourself in the world today because everyone else before you has already done it, seen it and then you die. "Come in knowing everything but don't say a word till they teach you the way" "And this'll turn into something else, something else, but when it does I'll be somewhere else." And then the second is closer to shootingstar's idea--that when something is screwed up and you know there is no way to fix it without making it into something worse--nothing you do will have any impact.
