	I think this is about letting a girl go. Keep her "caged" was stopping the happiness from or coming, or the "spring." It's time to let go. It's time to let go.

	this song is about a relationship, your partner is the bird. you should never keep them caged, but if you let them free and they choose to come back to you then it is meant to be.
