| i didnt read all your meanings but i was watching VH1 on tv the other day and it had a little segment on song meanings and this song was on it. Travis wrote this song BECAUSE IT WAS RAINING OUTSIDE some songs done have hidden meanings. its a good song though | |

| skater's right. i don't think the lyrics are posted correctly.. but nevertheless, this song is about feeling like everything is going terribly wrong, no matter what you do. its applied to everyone's lives at some point, right? a great song. i happen to love the rain, and i don't feel like it holds a negative connotation for me, but i still understand what fran's saying and i love the lyrics!
