| This album is their best. Matt Heafy is the best songwriter in the band, and I believe he wrote all of these with arrangements by Travis, musically they have matured, sure, with clean vocals and everything, but it does NOT mean they are trying to be like Metallica, being the huge Metallica buff I am, I know the difference between sounding like a young Hetfield and sounding like yourself. Trivium is probably my favorite band nowadays. The melodies in the writing are one of a kind, this album runs together like a long song. And it's amazing. | |
