Actually, the Japanese release of Ascendancy got a re-recording of this song as a bonus track As for the meaning of the song, quoting Matt himself (and taken from triviumworld.com): "There are many who fight for the freedoms that we have today, and for each there is an opposing negativity- albeit person or personal obstacle. As long as we each stay true to what we are, and fight for what we are- we will never lose." oh and another thing, the jap release also had another bonus track not released in the US, "Washing Away me in the Tides"
