| This is a powerful movie and the songs fit right in. Origins of Love is especially powerful. This goes deeper than stereotypical gay/trans movies. The guy gets the operation to escape East Berlin with a US soldier. S/he gets to the states only to have him leave her for another young boy... while she watches the Berlin wall fall down. Ya gotta feel for her. | |
