	Obviously about someone on life support and who doesnt want to live like a veggie. He rather die with his dignity then being kept alive only by a machine. He has no chance of living... and is pissed at the doctors getting paid the big bucks for simply prolonging his unavoidable death.

	Right on the nose. And I think it's interesting how he compares it to Jews and the Spanish Inquisition. He mentions Dr. Jekyll as wall as Mengele. Very few people know that Mengele was the Nazi doctor/scientist who did horrible experiements on the Jews during the Holocaust. Sorry about my tangent there, just a bit of history to tie it up with...
