Seein' Red

Unwritten Law

Tabbed by Josh

This song is layered with multiple guitars, but can
easily be played with one guitar playing only the main parts.
I have tabbed all guitar parts for you however.

Tuning: All guitars 1/2 step down (Eb-Ab-Db-Gb-Bb-eb)
or if you tuner doesn't read flats: (D# G# C# F# A# D#)

For some reason, it's not showing all of my tab, i'll see if i can figure it out..

unwritten law is an awesome band. not too many people recall their one song "Teenage Suicide" but they had a few songs out a couple of years ago. seein' red reminds me of the decisions you have to make whether the outcome is good or bad...you just have to deal with it and all you ever want in the end is someone to comfort you...no matter how much you regret the path you took....

I just heard this song on mtv the other day and had to download it. I think this song is great. I think that the only way the most people can respect this song is if you know what the artists are singing about. Ya, it has an awesome beat, but you like a song a lot more if you can tie it into your life. Then it has more meaning. This song sums up my last relationship, so it has a lot of meaning to me. Also, I can't stand when people rip on mainstreamed bands. They got here because of the fans, not because they "sold out" or whatever you want to call it. Some of you are right, like the band because you like the band, not because it is popular for the time being in the pop culture.

this song is badass but it is way overplayed, i think it sucks to see the video on mtv. I have been an unwritten law fan forever, im glad their making more money but now their starting to become popular and all those gayass mtv lovers are gonna start liking them.

I love this song man. It's awsome but half of you guys out there are in the punk frame of mind. If your fav band goes mainstream yes! the suffer the teeny boppers but when the hype is all gone who will last? the true fans. Take nickleback for instance. When their three singles have come and gone and when the radio out plays them the only people who are left are the true fans they have gained and the old ones that had anyway. When LP fades away the true fans are all thats left. Stand up and take pride that you knew about this band before mtv ever did. and when a teeny boppe sais hey have you heard of this new band unwritten law be like yea i knew them when they were new three years ago. see what im saying people? and if a radio is over playing a song don't listen to it. keep it fresh. What do you think you do with a cd ne way? you over play it until you can't listen to it anymore than three months later you pick it up again. stick with your band the ones that are true bands respect thier true fans and will never let you down

This singers voice is gorgeous and well-sung, I believe. The follow-the-leader simile is interesting. It's like it's saying to stop letting other people control your thoughts and to become your own person. He's trying to say that he wants to stop falling for lies. Of course, that's what it means to -me-. :)
