SEEIN' RED - Unwritten Law
By: Slapstick29@hotmail.com
-UL has two guitars, but I tabbed this song to be played with
only ONE guitar (cause you really don't need two guitars to play
this song).
Intro/Verse
e|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
B|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
G|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|---3-4-3---4-3-4---3-4-3---4-3-4---3-4-3---4-3-4---3-4-3---4-3-4-----------|
A|-2-------2-----------------------2-------2---------------1-----------------|
E|-----------------2-------2-----------------------0-------------------------|
e|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
B|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
G|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|---3-4-3---4-3-4---3-4-3---4-3-4---3-4-3---3-4-3---3-4-3---4-3-4-----------|
A|-2-------2-----------------------4-------4-------4-------4-----------------|
E|-----------------2-------2-------------------------------------------------|
e|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
B|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
G|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|---3-4-3---4-3-4---3-4-3---4-3-4---3-4-3---4-3-4---3-4-3---4-3-4-----------|
A|-2-------2-----------------------2-------2---------------1-----------------|
E|-----------------2-------2-----------------------0-------------------------|
e|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
B|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
G|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|---3-4-3---4-3-4---3-4-3---4-3-4--3----------------------------------------|
A|-2-------2------------------------4----------------------------------------|
E|-----------------2-------2-------------------------------------------------|
Chorus X2 (I didn't list the strumming pattern, just the chords used)
e|-----------13h14----------------9h7-----------------------------------------|
B|(2)-------------(2)---(2)---------------------------------------------------|
G|-4--------------(2)----4-------------3---8-/11----4-----6/10/11-------------|
D|-4------4--------4-----4-----4-------3---x-/-x----4--4--x/x-/x-------------|
A|-2------2--------4-----2-----2-------1---6-/-9----2--4--4/8-/9-------------|
E|------(PM)-------2---------(PM)----------------------2----------------------|
-Play the first bar twice when begining the second verse,
and end the verse w/ the second bar (instead of the fourth).
-Then play the chorus again
Then:
Solo
e|----------------------------------------------------------------------------|
B|-----6-7----------6-7----------6-7---------6-7-6-------6-7---------6-7------|
G|-6-------6----6-------6----6-------6---8---------8-6-------6---6-------6---6|
D|---4-------4----4-------4----4-------4---8-----------4-------4---4-------4--|
A|----------------------------------------------------------------------------|
E|----------------------------------------------------------------------------|
Bridge (Not sure about 1st part, but sounds good if played softly)
e|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
B|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
G|-4/3---3/4---4--8--4/3-----------------------------------------------------|
D|-4/3---3/4---4--8--4/3-----3-4-3---3-4-3---3-4-3---4-3-4-------------------|
A|------------------------4-------4-------4-------4--------------------------|
E|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
-Play the verse
-Then Finish With:
e|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
B|-------0-------------2--------6--------------------------------------------|
G|------------------------------6--------------------------------------------|
D|---1-4---4-1-4---1-4---4-1-4--6--------------------------------------------|
A|-2----------------------------4--------------------------------------------|
E|---------------2-----------------------------------------------------------|

| I remember sitting on my bed at like 1230 one night trying to get my homework finished and this song came on the new music show or whatever it is on the radio station I was listening too. I'm glad they're on the radio or I might not have heard them, but not so glad because for awhile they were being played a lot and that's not good. But I do love this song and this band and all of their other songs. Mad props. | |

| Well this song pretty much somes up my life right now, Ang17, is my ex-girlfriend and i cant explain how much i miss her, really all i want to do is here her voice. It seems to me that she is away from earth, and i just want her to come back and remember all of the people that have always been here loveing her. "All i wanna hear is her voice" this song has a great meaning and i kinda wish people in the world that listen to this song, relize that usually the things that really love them and care about them are right in front of there face, the question is, how long will it take for people to understand that. usually it takes someone getting hurt, when it really could be as simple as someone just takeing some time to think, before they bite off all that they can chew. | |

| GREAT SONG! For all the Unwritten Law fans out there, If you listen, and think, you come to realize this is the exactly perfect prelude to "Teenage Suicide." Like in human nature, withdrawln reclused behavior, is always followed by the post withdrawln hateful extremedies. Despite the chronological reversness, This theory makes perfect sence. | |

| I'm not familiar with Unwritten Law and I really don't think I have to be to enjoy this wonderful piece of work. It summarizes my relationship with this horribly wonderful boy that I couldn't put into words, but this does. Every time I hear "all I want to hear is your voice", my heart breaks a little, because these guys have summarized all my hopes and dreams into one phrase. | |

| this song is sooo good. i fell in love with it right from the start...my radio was on and i woke up to it, and the whole song was so dreamlike, i love it and find it to be amazing...i never know what the artists are trying to say in their lyrics, theyre so ambiguous sometimes, but i think that this song is about a guy who really likes this girl. and theres another guy that likes her too. and she leads both of them on, and everythings fine, until she goes out with the other guy and incredibly hurts the guy thats singing the song...so, she doesnt have to see his face again, he knows that...and when she finds out how much she hurt the guy, the feels horrible, and he cant have much sympathy for her because hes never been in her situation before... by leading both guys on , she bit off more than she can chew, and obviously the guy REALLY likes her, and all he wants to hear is her voice (and that part just makes me melt). he tells her to swallow her pride and come down to earth...and she feels horrible and now she has to make a decision, and hes telling her to do just that... her foolish lies are her making him believe that she wants him, but then completly makes him feel worthless when she goes for someone else...shes in a big mess, and he doesnt know whats going to happen, but he knows what he wants...he simply wants to hear her voice | |
