The easiest way to memorize this solo is to memorize it in 2 parts just like i have divided 
it here.  The rest is 
pretty simple.  There is some jumping around but its just triplets. I suggest you use 
legato instead of picking 
each individual note (except for on the palm muting part).  Listen to the recording for
