Simple chords and a timelessly good song

Days when the rain came

Skippin' and a jumpin'

In the misty mornin' fog
G D
With our hearts a thumpin'
C D
And you
G Em
My brown eyed girl
C D
And you, my
G
Brown eyed girl

Heh, we play this song every year at our camp's dance. It's a tradition.

An old friend of mine used to play this for me all the time because I have brown eyes...kinda special to me.

It's despicable that this song has 20 comments and all the others have none. Clearly not one of Van's best, if any of you can bear to think about it.
