| this is a beautiful song. it makes you think, if you will ever find anyone. its song brings me down. how he says he looks into your eyes and say a world that doen't exist. and he wishes he was in. its like me. how i like a girl so much, but... she doesn't like me. thats the meaning of the song to me. | |

| This was the first VAST song I'd ever heard, and I've been thoroughly hooked ever since. As for the interpretation of its lyrics, I was told that it is about a girl he loved that turned out to be Scitzophrenic, and how he loved her and was tortured by the situation.---Don't know if there is any truth to it, but it certainly does make you think, doesn't it? | |

| Odd really that some people are depressed because of the song, some are given a sense of hope. Well well, music is capable of just about anything. This is quite a haunting song. The way it starts out, the lone strumming of a guitar in a minor key, and then he sings it, as if his voice really is touching something. As if its a tangible substance to be picked up and held. His voice just affects me like that. He sings each song with reverence, I've noticed this espcially for this song. "Touched" reminds me of my ex boyfriend, who was, to say the least, quite eccentric. I still am a bit in love with him, and every time I listen to this song I'm reminded that part of myself will forever belong to him. I agree with Nero, you can't change the fact that you love them, even if they're gone. | |
