	ill give my meaning: for me is like: i love someone, and well she had a boyfriend, now he left her and she is all friendly with me and stuff, and i say all the right things at exactly the right time but i mean SHIT to her...oh well... i think this could be like a love song or maybe not... leave it up to you :) :D

	wow that is such an interesting thought! I never even considered it! But it does make a lot od sense! i always assumed it was about a girl who he loved dearly but did not love him back! But know i am having second thoughts

	maybe this is way off base, but i thought it was about himself. there are two sides to everybody, who we are and who we want to be.

	this is an AMAZING SONG, and I'm sure most people have been in the situation described by the song, but wow do you have to be full of yourself to use this song to show how you feel. "I am everything you want I am everything you need I am everything inside of you That you wish you could be I say all the right things At exactly the right time" if you're to that point, you are obcessed with yourself and really need to rethink who you are. nobody is perfect. think about why somebody would not want to be with you and listen to that reason. if they say you are "too perfect" or they "don't deserve you" then they lie and cant tell you/cant think of a reason they didnt "click" with you.

	ok so, this song has at least two meanings that I KNOW of. My friend's brother wrote the chorus, and sold it to one of those companies that buys lyrics for certain bands to use. Vertical Horizon got a hold of the few lines my friend's brother wrote, and liked it enough that they wrote the rest of the song around it. The meaning of the chorus was about this girl who lives down the street from me that he liked, and basically waited hand and foot on for months, but she just never liked him as anything more then a friend.

	I think the song is talking about ONLY two peeople but he is talking in 3rd person for part of the song and then he switches into "I am everything you want...." and you see he's been talking about himself the whole time. Since she doesn't know that he is all she wants and needs she doesn't see it as him until the last chorus. The rest is more or less about a girl who is so confused with here life that she can't seem to figure out what it is she wants.
