| I heard that one of the two (Gene or Dean) did acid and the other one went to the store, and upon returning home from the store, found the one that did acid in the fetal position on the floor repeating "Mister would wou please help my pony". Interestingly enough, whichever member of the band went to the store hapned to see an article in a magazine or newspaper involving spinal meningitis. And so, two of the songs on Chocolate and Cheese were born. | |

| After further reading I found the "meaning", its not an allegory at all. Geener was hallucinating, and though he had seen the pony that escaped from a local fair earlier. | |

| Frank Zappa and the mothers of Invention all the way. These guys HAVE to been influenced by Zappa. Listen to this song and "mutilated Lips" and go out and buy Zappa's album "were only in it for the money". I guaranteed you'll see the simularities between Ween and Frank Zappa, and you'll probably love the album too! | |
